Mary is a global Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organizational Development (OD) professional with over 20 years experience in strategic HRM in diverse, multicultural and international environments. Mary has worked across a broad spectrum of industry sectors such as Oil and Gas, Telecommunications, IT, Health, Education, Government advising and influencing line management positions up to board level.

She has worked for Tullow Oil, Ericsson AB, iBurst Africa, Finsbury Orthopedics, Age Concern amongst others. Her experience centres around increasing the value of Human capital in the achievement of business objectives. The roles she has occupied have been focused on leadership and organizational development, learning and development, coaching, talent management, performance management, resourcing, reward, localization as well as HR Business Partnering.

Mary has an MSc in Human Resource Management and Organizational Analysis from Kings College, University of London, a BA in Management and Psychology from the University of Ghana. A Master Facilitator committed to lifelong learning, she is an ILM Certified Training & Development Professional, an IFC-LPI TPMA Certified Trainer, an Insights Discovery Practitioner and a Gestalt OD Practitioner.
